Exploring the auditory senses, the artistic approach of this piece is intended to follow formations of frequency. With limited color palette, Renaudin works to describe sound through the directions and reflections of a localized color. The Jacks are placed throughout the foreground to echo sensory development. In the game of Jacks, the player throws the ball in the air and picks up one jack then grabs the ball after it bounces once. There is a window of opportunity between the moments that can be achieved only when one opens up to hear a specific sound at
a specific time. The jacks also imply scientifically how sound wavelengths move in three-dimensional space. The radiating background is vinyl.
