One of the original settlers of Saxonburg, Christian Stugben, was the first to own this property in 1835. The building was erected in 1907 by Frederick and Henry Schroth. Today the building is home to Unique to Antique and Amy's Dance Studio. The western style facade is blunt and lovely amidst all the Victorian influence on main street.
